HDR Food Photography

I've been experimenting with HDR photography. When people in the know, think of HDR photography, they usually think of people photography, but because I shoot a lot of food photography, I was curious to see how the technique translated to food. Here is a successful attempt, but there were many others that were not so successful. I've learned that it takes just the right kind of background. I'll include more shots in the future...

Here is a test shot of "flavored water" we did for a Giant Eagle packaging project. We did something a year or so earlier for this same product line, and this was for some additional water flavors that they added.

Recent job for Del Monte

Here is recent job we did for Del Monte. We did six recipe shots in 1 - 1/2 days. They were to be used on the web and other purposes down the road.
